JP BENEDICT reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping to U.S. territories or international destinations may be available depending on the product and carrier, but is not guaranteed.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. JP BENEDICT is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

JP BENEDICT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email, when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

JP BENEDICT is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered and marked as such by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and items so we can assist you.


8. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


9. Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. JP BENEDICT is not liable for delays beyond our control.
